  • Manufactured within our US facilities

DOWN DIRECT PRODUCTS SHIP FREE:

  • Lead times can be up to 2 weeks during seasonal demand. 
  • Non-manufactured items such as sheets, duvet covers and mattress pads ship, on average, within 2 to 4 business days
  • If your order includes both manufactured and non-manufactured items then it will ship based on the manufactured time schedule

 

We accept orders shipping to US addresses only.

Under UPS shipping guidelines, delivery is unavailable to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

All shipments are processed with an 'Indirect Signature Required'.  To opt out, please click 'No Signature Required' during checkout.

TRACKING MY SHIPMENT:

 

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. Use this link to be directed to the UPS website to track your package.
  • You can also find your tracking number in the "Account" section of our website.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please email us at: customerservice@downdirect.net.

Please Note: If your order has already been shipped it cannot be changed or canceled.  Once received, if you wish to make a return, please review our return policies.

Down Direct may decline or cancel an order due to out of stock quantities. You will be notified by email if your order cannot be fulfilled.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical issues, Down Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product listed, regardless of whether you have recieved confirmation of receipt of that order.
